NOTICE - CANCELLATION OF TAX SALE

TAKE NOTICE that the tax sale by public tender for the property municipally known as 62 Brentwood Road, Angus, PART OF PIN 58201-0156 (R); PT N1/2 LT 19 CON 1 SUNNIDALE; PT S1/2 LT 19 CON 1 SUNNIDALE DESIGNATED AS PARTS 1, 2, 3 & 4 ON PLAN 51R-23284; ESSA, scheduled for tender opening on Thursday May 28, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., has been cancelled as the cancellation price has been paid in full pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001.

All unopened tenders received, if any, will be returned to the respective tenderers.
