Notice of Temporary Road Closure for Angus Santa Claus Parade – November 16, 2024
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
ANGUS SANTA CLAUS PARADE
When: Saturday November 16, 2024, from approximately 9:00 am to Noon
Where: Mill Street (Angus) – Between Commerce Road and County Road 10
The Township of Essa hereby advises that Mill Street (Angus) will be temporarily closed between the hours of 9:00 am to Noon on November 16, 2024, between Commerce Road and County Road 10 (Angus Arena). The purpose of the temporary road closure is for the annual Angus Santa Claus Parade.
The Parade is scheduled to start at 10:00 am, with floats travelling from 12 Commerce Road (Angus) to the Angus Arena (8529 County Road 10, Angus).
Although every effort will be made to limit the amount of disturbance to residents and merchants, some inconveniences such as impeded traffic flows and access to driveways / merchants are to be expected.
