Description of Proposed Development:
This development is comprised of three (3) Residential Low lots facing Brentwood Road (County Road 10) in Angus.
The proposed Official Plan Amendment would redesignate the lands from the existing Residential to Residential-Multiple. Additionally, the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone the lands from Residential, Low Density, Detached (R1) to Residential, Medium Density, townhome with Special Provisions (R3-XX). The proposed amendments would allow for the applicant to develop 8 townhouse blocks, with a total of 49 residential units. The development is designed to include a new private road off Brentwood Road (County Road 10) which will provide access to the site, unit driveways, as well as visitor parking spaces. The site plan displayed above represents a concept of the proposal.
