Notice of Construction - Road Construction - Asphalt Road Works

Please be advised that Arnott Construction will be commencing localized asphalt road works on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at the following locations:

• Intersection of Simcoe Street and Auburn Street
• Section of Cul-De-Sac at the end of Simcoe Street, Near Auburn Street
• Section of Elizabeth Street, North of Simcoe Street

Construction is not expected to be long term. Throughout construction, single-lane closures will be required to facilitate the work. Full road closures are not anticipated. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions; however, residents and motorists should expect temporary inconveniences, including reduced traffic flow and occasional impacts to driveway access.

The Township, Contractor, and project team appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout the construction period. Residents, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians are reminded to exercise caution when travelling through or near the construction zone and to obey all posted construction signage and the directions of traffic control personnel.
