TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Minor Variance application on the property known legally as PLAN 1605 LOT 5 CON 11 PT; LOT 15 RP 51R29664 PART 12, municipally know as 11 Cunningham Drive. The applicant is requesting relief from section 8.1(d) of the zoning by-law which states that no accessory use, building or structure shall occupy more than 93.0m² of floor area, nor exceed 4.5 m in height on any lot which is less than 1.0 ha in size. The owner is requesting to construct a shed that will have a floor area of ~103m² and height of 5.6m.

TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Consent application on the property known legally as CON 3 PT LOT 30 RP 51R5670;PART 1, municipally know as 12 Fraser street. The applicant has submitted a Consent application with the intention of severing a new parcel off the existing property known municipally as 12 Fraser Street, being a 1560m² parcel. The retained parcel would have a new lot area of 873m², whereas the severed parcel would have a lot area of 700.3m².

TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Consent application for an easement, affecting the properties known as PART WEST HALF LOT 32 CONCESSION 6, ESSA, PARTS 6, 7, AND 8, 51R45201 being all of PIN 58103-0444 (LT), municipally known as 8949 Smith Road and PART EAST HALF LOT 32 AND PART WEST HALF LOT 32, CONCESSION 6, ESSA, PARTS 4 AND 5, 51R45201 being all of PIN 58103-0447 (LT). The applicant is requesting an easement to accommodate ingress and egress out of the existing residential property as well as to create a permanent easement to recognize existing hydro services.
